Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Yes. New implementations — a new trading partner or document type — are a one-time flat setup fee covering all mapping and testing, quoted upfront for your approval before any work begins. Your monthly rate is quoted at the same time, so you see the complete picture before signing.
What happens if we add more trading partners?
Adding new trading partners is common — most customers grow their networks significantly in year two. We accommodate this with a simple per-partner add-on rate that’s included in your agreement.
Is there a long-term contract?
We offer annual agreements, which provide cost stability and priority access to our onboarding team. Month-to-month options are available but typically carry a slight premium. We’ll outline all options in your quote.
